MEET OUR TEAM

Our team is led by Brent and Alex, the pair are passionate about Central Australia and have been involved in tourism in the region since 2012. Brent has 15 years experience working in commerce and business. Alex's passion is tourism and the environment, she holds a Masters in Environmental Management and sits on the Board of Directors at Tourism Central Australia.

Together they have used their love of tourism to travel and work across Australia.

Uluru_Segway_Tours_Guide_Milika

Milika

Milika first moved to the region in early 2022. Since then she's worked with our team in reservations & guiding; as well as gaining valuable experience with a number of other local tour operators and a locally owned Indigenous art gallery. 

She is passionate about local culture, providing first class tourism experiences and sharing this special part of the world with visitors.
Uluru_Tour_Guide_Sammy

Sammy

Sammy is originally from Melbourne and prior to moving to Uluru, Sammy completed a Bachelors of Performing Arts.In August 2023 Sammy returned to Uluru and joined our team. Sammy loves the Red Centre and has a passion for travel. Be sure to catch Sammy in the office leading our reservations team, or out on tour, sharing her knowldge and passion for Uluru.
Kyle_ team

Kyle

Kyle first joined our team in 2019 and spent 12 months living and working in the Outback before relocating to Ireland for the last few years.


Upon returning to Australia in mid 2022 Kyle touched down in Melbourne and spent some time with his family before cruising back to the Outback to re-join our team as our our Guide & Site Supervisor.

OUR ULURU GUIDES

Our Uluru tour guides are knowledgeable and passionate about the local area and visitor experience. Each member of the guide team at Uluru Segway Tours;

  • Are accredited Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park guides.
  • Has current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Are highly professional.
  • Love to share their knowledge about the outback.
Nick_ team

Nick

Nick joined the team in May 2017 and has been living and working as a guide in the Red Centre guiding for over 10 years.
Nick is a senior member of the team, has a keen interest in reptiles, flora and is an avid fan of David Attenborough documentaries.

When Nick isn't in the Red Centre he's often travelling the world and exploring remote and unique destinations to get a glimpse of unique and interesting critters.

Hayley

Hayley is originally from Murwillumbah in northern NSW. In 2023 swapped her green landscape for the outback.

Hayley has a passion for travel which fuels her study in a Bachelor of Business in Tourism/Hospitality Management.

When Hayley isn't sharing her knowledge of Uluru with visitors, she's exploring Australia's great outdoors.
Uluru Tour Guide Faith

Faith

Prior to arriving at Uluru in early 2024, Faith left her home town of Adelaide and spent the last 6 months travelling and exploring the South East Coast of Australia.

Faith has a passion for travel and a zest for customer service, having previously worked as a personal trainer and in office administration.

Faith loves working with people and sharing her incredible knowledge of Uluru with travellers from all over the world.

James

James first came to Uluru to visit a friend who was working in the Red Centre. Uluru left a lasting impression on James, he loved the place and the people, and soon made plans to return to the region to work.

Whilst James, doesn't lead tours, you might catch him coordinating equipment, Segways and safety equipment at our busy site office.

James loves all things outdoors and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors.
Uluru Tour Guide Emily

Emily

Emily is originally from Melbourne. Prior to joining our team she worked in environmental management.

When Emily isn't leading Segway tours around Uluru, she's travelling Australia leading multi day trips, sharing the wonders of our amazing country. 

Emily is a skilled interpreter who first became interested in tourism so she could inspire others to care of our natural environment.

Amber

Amber is originally from the UK, however has lived in Australia since late 2023. 

Before joining our team as a tour guide, Amber spent time studying about our local region, Indigenous culture and flora and fauna. 

She loves sharing her new outback home with visitors from all over the world and swapping travel stories and knowledge of her new outback home with visitors to the region.

Sarah

Sarah first visited Uluru on a holiday with friends in 2023. Whilst in the region she did a Segway tour and had a lightbulb moment, thinking 'I could do this!'.

Sarah returned to Canberra and applied for a job as a Segway tour guide and has been part of the team ever since!

Sarah loves sharing her knowledge of the region and her love of Central Australia's natural beauty with visitors.

Brittany

Charlize

Charlize moved to Central Australia from Central Queensland's, Gladstone. Charlize has a passion for travel and tourism. 

Charlize has travelled South East Asia and lived and worked in Western Australia's Kimberley region, where she obtained her Savannaah Guides Accreditation.

Charlize is passionate about sharing her knowledge of Australia and Anangu culture with visitors.

Lizzie

Lizzie first visited Uluru on a holidays, where she got a taste for the outback.

Lizzie returned to Melbourne and quickly made plans to return to the outback and become a Segway tour guide.

Lizzie is passionate about the region and loves to spend her time researching and sharing her knowledge on all things geology, local wildlife and Indigneous culture.

Tori

Tori, a self confessed David Attenborough enthusiast in her youth, joined our team in early 2024.

Originally from Melbourne, she swapped the city life and her job as a Rush Escape Game Facilitator to join us as a tour guide, where she could combine her interpersonal skills with her love of nature.

Tori loves getting to show travellers on her tours the unique and iconic wildlife that calls the Red Centre home.
